In certain situations, we work with our clients on a contingency basis, offering a proactive and dedicated service. Although our preferred method of working is in an executive, retained manner, we recognise that there are times when a client is looking for an alternative way of recruiting which involves internal candidates or multiple recruiting partners. We can offer both exclusive and non-exclusive search options which fit to the individual needs of clients.
