Chase Weston are proud to be working with a established leader in the ophthalmic space on a Regional Sales Manager position covering the New England area.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the direct sales of capital and consumable instrumentation in the New England area to meet and exceed the company’s sales targets.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with KOLs in the New England region to promote the companies portfolio of products.
- Execute marketing activities and promotions to maximize sales results.
- Conduct sales training and product demonstrations to medical practitioners customers.
- Execute marketing activities and promotions to maximize sales results.
Requirements:
- At least 4- years ophthalmology experience and strong customer relationships in Boston and New England.
- A proven track record of growing territories Y/Y and higher than most within their sales group/company.
- OK with travel across all of MA and New England to/including Maine and over to Rochester and Buffalo NY.
- Consistent award winner, ‘Presidents Club’ or equivalent awards are preferred.
